Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. All orders will receive an order confirmation email and a separate tracking email at dispatch.

Delivery Rules

Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

Once the order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address. We encourage everyone to always double-check the address before placing the order.

We do not grant refunds if an item is in transit.

For re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete address, incorrect address or uncollected parcel from the post office, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We will be shipping more places super soon. Email us at newlocations@yonder.dog and we will let you know as soon as we are sending stuff your way.

 

Returns

This Return Policy applies to Yonder Dog products purchased online at yonder.dog.

We want you to be happy with your new gear so if you have ordered the wrong size or wrong colour, we will happily organise an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unused and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
  2. The items are returned within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Proof of purchase from yonder.dog provided.

To organise a return, email returns@yonder.dog with your original order number, required size or colour or a request for refund and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your order. 

All orders will be inspected upon return to ensure the above conditions are met. Failing to meet any of the above conditions may result in a return denial and us sending the original product back to you. In some scenarios, we may ask you to send us photos of the gear you are returning to check its condition and save the back and forth.

 

Exchanges

Once we receive your item and it has been inspected and approved, we will organise your new size or colour to be sent back to your best address. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item and it has been inspected and approved, we will notify you and action your refund. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment which may take a few days depending on your bank’s processing times.

 

Return Parcels and Return Postage

Return postage will be at customer's expense unless otherwise confirmed by us. For return parcels, tracking and sufficient packaging is recommended as we don't take responsibility for any item in return transit. Any lost or damaged items from return parcels will be at the returner's expense.

The replacement order's postage will be covered by us. We got you. 

 

Incorrect Addresses, Incomplete Addresses or Uncollected Parcels

If an order is returned to us after being sent to an incorrect address, incomplete address or is uncollected from the post office, redelivery of the returned order will be at the customer's expense. If a refund is requested, the refund will be the purchase price minus the first and return delivery costs.
