Where does Yonder ship to?
We currently ship to Australia but we're looking forward to shipping internationally soon!

How much is shipping?
For orders over $60 shipping is free. Otherwise shipping is $10.
If you need your parcel sent express, just select it in the shipping section of the checkout for $15.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, PO boxes are more than ok!
When will I receive my order?
Naturally, it will depend a little on where you live. Standard post typically takes 3-7 business days, a little longer if you're in a rural or regional postcode.
How do I change my shipping address?

My tracking isn't working.

What if I want to return an item?
If you want to return your item/s for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order, just check in with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
If your item/s are damaged, faulty, or if your dog is feeling like the colour doesn't bring out it's eyes, we are more than happy to sort out an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Simple as that.

How long does it take to process a return?
We typically process returns in 2-3 business days after receipt.
When am I charged for my order?
Your card or PayPal account is charged at the time of ordering. Depending on your bank, it can take a couple of business days to show in your live transaction list.
What payment options do you have?
We offer payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.
Why does my card keep declining?
If you've triple checked all the numbers are correct, we recommend you check in with your bank to find out what is going on.
Can I update my order?
Yes, just contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be fast though, we typically post your order pretty quickly.

How do I clean my Yonder gear?
Wipe down with warm, mildly soapy water or a water wipe.
