When will I receive my order?
Naturally, it will depend a little on where you live. Standard post to major cities is generally around 3-4 days. Express post is around 2-3 day.
How do I change my shipping address?

RETURNS
What if I want to return an item?
If you want to return your item/s for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order, just check in with us at returns@yonder.dog.
What is your return policy?
If your item/s are damaged, faulty, or if your dog is feeling like the colour doesn't bring out it's eyes, we are more than happy to sort out an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Simple as that.

How long does it take to process a return?
We typically process returns in 2-3 business days after receipt.
PAYMENT
When am I charged for my order?
Your card or PayPal account is charged at the time of ordering. Depending on your bank, it can take a couple of business days to show in your live transaction list.
What payment options do you have?
We offer payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna.
Why does my card keep declining?
If you've triple checked all the numbers are correct, we recommend you check in with your bank to find out what is going on.

How do I clean my Yonder Dog gear?
Wipe down with warm, mildly soapy water or a water wipe.
How waterproof are your collars and leads?
They are beach-ready and perfect for water play! The metal buckle on our collars and the metal clips on our leads have an enamel coating for protection and waterproofing. These will wear over time, especially with extensive exposure to salt water, so we recommend that you kit your pup out in our fully waterproof dog harness if they love the beach.
Can I use Yonder Dog products at the beach?
Go for it! Our harness, dog lead, and collar are ready for you and your bestie’s beach excursions. Our dog gear is designed to handle their messy playtime in sand and salt water. After each beach adventure, simply wash and wipe down their dog collar, lead, or harness with tap/fresh water and let them dry completely before putting them back on your pup. No more smelly dog accessories or outdoor yuckies in the house!
Are your dog leads adjustable?
Yes! Adjusting our dog lead is easy with short, medium, and long modes. Comfortably switch between keeping your pup close for city walks and letting them roam loose in the dog park.
Can your lead and harness handle dogs that pull?
Our lead is designed to easily handle dogs who think they’re walking YOU. Our dog harness has two D-rings, so you can attach our strong lead to the back of the harness for full control or to the chest for a more relaxed walk n’ sniff.
Why use a dog harness?
Harnesses are more comfortable for your pooch because there’s less stress on their neck when they pull. They reduce the risk of itchy rashes and can discourage your dog from taking charge on your walk. Make sure you choose a harness size that’s a proper fit for your pup.
Do you have harnesses for puppies?
Yes, our harnesses are suitable for puppies! Our dog harness comes in three sizes: small, medium, and large. So even as your pup grows, we’ve got you covered!
What are your dog harnesses made from?
Our dog harnesses are made from high-quality neoprene fabric and woven nylon webbing, with durable plastic D-rings and clips.
What are your dog collars and leads made from?
Our dog collars and leads are made from PVC-coated straps with powder-coated steel D-rings and an enamel-coated metal buckle. They’re flexible, waterproof, and super easy to clean.
Which colour dog collar should I choose?
The best way to choose the right colour collar for your pup is to know whether their coat is warm-toned or cool-toned. If your dog has a tan brown, golden, black, or warm grey coat, choose a warm-toned collar colour like our red, peach, or yellow. If your dog’s coat is white, cool grey, or dirty brown, choose a cool-toned collar colour like our blue, green, or grey.
